VoluBridge RT includes a 14-day free trial so you can test it in your everyday setup before purchasing. Please check your HDMI / DisplayPort monitor, USB DAC, audio interface, and normal workflow before buying.

Refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase. Duplicate payments, clear checkout mistakes, or technical issues that cannot be resolved through support may be reviewed case by case.

VoluBridge RT behavior can depend on your Mac, OS version, connected device, and output route. Use the 14-day trial to confirm the product in your normal environment before purchasing.

Some cases may be eligible for review.

Duplicate payments, mistaken checkout, clear license activation inconsistencies, or significant technical issues that cannot be resolved through support may be reviewed. Eligibility depends on the purchase record, usage context, and the issue being reported.

Some cases may not be refundable.

Refunds may not be available for a simple change of mind after the trial, use by someone other than the purchaser, unexpected shared use, or cases where the information needed for support cannot be confirmed.

Checkout is handled through Polar.

Payments, receipts, and refund processing are handled through Polar as Merchant of Record. BridgeDevs does not directly store customer card details.
