BridgeDevs Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all software, related files, web pages, documentation, license activation, updates, and support provided by BridgeDevs. By using, downloading, purchasing, or activating a license for a BridgeDevs product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product-specific terms

Supported environments, trial periods, license limits, refund conditions, and feature restrictions may differ by product. In that case, the terms shown on the relevant product page, purchase page, FAQ, reference page, or inside the product also apply.

3. Trials, downloads, and updates

BridgeDevs software may include a trial period so you can test the product before purchasing. Behavior can vary depending on the OS, connected devices, settings, and usage, so please test the product in your usual environment before buying.

Features, specifications, prices, delivery methods, and update contents may change when needed.

4. Purchases, payments, and license activation

For products purchased through Polar Checkout, including VoluBridge RT, payments, receipts, billing information, taxes, and refund processing are handled through Polar as Merchant of Record. BridgeDevs does not directly store your payment card number.

For license activation, BridgeDevs may process information such as your license key, purchase information, device identifier, app or driver version, and activation timestamps.

5. License

A purchased or trial license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the software. Ownership, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the software remain with BridgeDevs or the relevant rights holders.

For VoluBridge RT, personal use allows the purchaser to use the product on up to 3 Macs that they personally use. Business, team, or shared-device use requires one license per user. If a fourth or later Mac is activated, an older activation that has not been used recently may be replaced automatically.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Sharing license keys, purchase information, or activation information with third parties
• Redistributing, selling, renting, or publicly providing the software without permission
• Attempting to bypass license activation, trial periods, or feature restrictions
• Using the software for purposes that violate laws, third-party rights, or the operation of BridgeDevs services
• Analyzing, modifying, or reverse engineering the software beyond what is permitted by applicable law

7. Support

Support is provided through published documentation, FAQs, reference pages, and email. Support does not guarantee operation in every environment, immediate replies, or resolution of every issue.

8. Refunds

Refund conditions follow the refund policy for the relevant product and the rules of the payment service used for the purchase. For VoluBridge RT, see /volubridge/refund-policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BridgeDevs software and websites are provided as is. BridgeDevs does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or operation with every device or OS environment.

To the extent permitted by law, BridgeDevs is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of or inability to use the software or website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. These Terms may be updated when needed. Important changes will be announced on the website.
