Sample 01
Original animation
Hair outlines, eyes, and classroom details.

This animation was created with Gemini Omni and enhanced at 2× from the original 720p. Compare hair and clothing outlines and the scenery outside the window in the same frame at 3 seconds.

Source video
Original clip, before enhancement
The original 720p clip used as the input for the picture comparisons.
Sample 02
Original animation · 4×
From 720p to 5120 × 2880.

The same frame at 3 seconds, processed with the built-in model’s native 4× output. Compare against standard 4× enlargement of the source. Open the enhanced PNG to inspect the detail at full resolution.

Sample 03
Harbor illustration
Building outlines and fine lines on the pier.

Look at rooflines, window frames, and the edges of the sails. Some lines become smoother, while their apparent thickness can also change.

Sample 04
Type & fine lines
Letterforms and repeating patterns.

Inspect small lettering, concentric circles, and vertical lines. Enhancement cannot reliably reconstruct text that is missing from the source.

About these comparisons
The animation was created with Gemini Omni. The original 720p file is used without modification, comparing the frame at 3 seconds. The harbor and type samples use original BridgeDevs test images encoded as 640 × 360 clips. All comparisons use the built-in Quality model (AnimeDistill4x-24nf-Builtin): 2× and native 4× for the animation, and 2× for the harbor and type samples.
The left view is the decoded source enlarged to the matching output size with bilinear interpolation; the right view is actual Metal-engine output. No artificial blur or post-processing was added to the comparison.
The comparisons are still frames and do not demonstrate temporal stability or playback speed. Small screens scale them down; open the PNGs to inspect full-resolution detail.
