Privacy policy
How BridgeDevs handles information across its website and products.
Website analytics
The BridgeDevs website, including product pages, uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to understand visits and traffic sources and improve the website. This disclosure concerns website analytics. Please refer to each product’s privacy policy for how the app itself handles data.
GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and send Google information such as pages viewed, referring sources, website interactions, browser and device information, and approximate location. Identifiers stored in cookies help distinguish browser users and sessions.
For details on how Google uses this information, see the following pages. How Google uses information · Google Privacy Policy
Opting out of analytics
In supported browsers, you can disable Google Analytics measurement using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. You can also restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting cookies alone does not stop subsequent analytics collection.
Data in our apps
File and settings handling differs by product. See each product’s description and privacy page for details. MetalArchiver does not send ZIP contents, file names, or AES passwords to external servers.
Purchases and development support
Mac App Store purchases and restores use Apple’s services. Product purchases and optional development support on this website use Polar, which processes the payments. BridgeDevs does not receive credit card numbers.
Email addresses and order information provided in connection with purchases or contributions are used to deliver licenses, confirm purchases or contributions, and handle support requests. Please refer to each payment service’s privacy policy for how it handles information.
Information sent to support
Information sent by email is used to answer your request and investigate the issue. Do not send ZIP files, passwords, or unnecessary personal information, and review logs and screenshots before attaching them.
